1 frozen banana
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 tablespoons local honey
2 drops doTERRA Lemon Essential Oil
1 drop doTERRA Turmeric Essential Oil
2 tablespoons chia seeds
Blend all ingredients except chia seeds in blender. Add chia seeds and blend for a brief few seconds just to mix them in to the smoothie. Please note that the chia seeds will thicken upon standing, so take that into consideration if you'll be letting the mixture sit for any length of time.
