1 tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar
1 tablespoon Mustard
1 tablespoon Raw Honey
1 drop doTERRA Lemon Essential Oil
Salt and Pepper
2 thick Tuna Steaks
1 teaspoon Everything Bagel Seasoning
Heat grill on high.
Mix miso paste, vinegar, mustard, honey, and lemon oil.
Dry tuna steaks with paper towel. Salt and pepper each on both sides.
Baste tuna steaks on one side with the miso paste mixture.
Place steaks on hot grill, sauce side up, and grill for 2-3 minutes. Turn over, add sauce to grilled side and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning. Grill for 2 more minutes. Remove and let sit 5 minutes.
Note:
I let my tuna steaks sit out for 30 minutes to an hour before grilling.
When you remove the tuna from the grill, some of the sauce will stick, but quite a bit will still be on the tuna.
