Mix the following in blender:
4 Egg Yolks
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
Mix the following in pot and warm over medium high heat:
4 cups Canned Coconut Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1-2 drops OnGuard Essential Oil
1-2 drops Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil
Add to egg mixture and blend. Pour back into pot and warm over medium heat until thick.
Top with ground nutmeg.
