Many people will ask, why are you promoting oils? What are the benefits of oils? How does each oil work? Even though some people may view oils as a new trend, history shows that ancient civilizations used plants for things such as aromatherapy, personal care, religious ceremonies, beauty treatments, and food preparation. Why would they not be of use today?
A variety of plants cover the Earth in different shapes, sizes, colors, and scents. Many of these plants contain compounds that typically can’t be seen with the naked eye—they hide within the roots, flowers, seeds, bark, or other areas of the plant. These compounds are known as essential oils. They are highly concentrated, making them extremely potent. Also referred to as volatile aromatic compounds, essential oils give a plant its aroma, protect it from harsh environmental conditions and insects, and even play a part in plant pollination.

Limbic Resonance - Every heard of it?
It is truly amazing, and has scientific backing. Basically, it refers to your emotional system synchronizing with others around you. You become in-tune to each others inner states.
When your limbic brain resets, those near you can actually sense and imbibe that shift. So try and set a good intention at the beginning of your day. Make your day, and others, even better.
Some examples are:
I intend to ...
manifest happiness naturally.
lead by example.
be open to success and abundance.
stop taking things personally.
forgive others, and myself.
make meditation a more important part of my lifestyle.
make someone smile every day.
accept whatever happens as if I had chosen it.
channel delight into my day.
witness Divinity in everyone.
develop a skill and improve myself.
bring light into other people’s day.
show up for myself.
respond first, and then react.
allow myself grace.
encourage and inspire by being my authentic self.
follow the flow.
hustle and work hard with the peace of knowing that I am loved regardless of the outcome.
create more simplicity and peacefulness in my day.
discover who I am and what I enjoy.
give back to the community that has inspired me.
explore something I’ve never seen before.
pause before responding in conversation and lead with empathy and love.
give up control and let God handle it.
be afraid and do it anyway.
dance like nobody is watching.
rise to meet my own standards.
answer the call of service.
live authentically and unapologetically.
be selective with my time.
be the person my friends can rely on.
find beauty in everything.
Or choose just one word - Peace; Joy; Clarity, Travel; Caring; Generosity; Love; Sharing; ...
Try writing a good intention on a piece of paper and carry it around with you and refer to it often. Put it on your desk or in your car. You can even put a drop of an essential oil on the paper to enhance the experience. Keep referring to it throughout the day. At the end of the day, reflect on how well you did, and how it improved your day.
I would love to hear feedback on how it went. Please feel free to comment about your own experience.
