Got temporary aches and pains? We have some combos for you to try!
I love to use these when I have sore muscles, aches and pains or in any instance that I may normally grab for synthetics. This “Tension Bomb” is great for localized use.
In a 10 ml roller bottle combine:
5 drops Copaiba
5 drops Lemongrass
5 drops Marjoram
5 drops Frankincense
Top with Fractionated Coconut Oil (FCO)
Apply to areas of temporary pain as needed throughout the day.
It is so nice knowing we have natural, non-habit forming ways to support our bodies. Give it a try.
Ahh!! What a wonderful combination to instill a little bit of winter wisdom in us all.
You can substitute White Fir with Siberian Fir.
Essential Oil Blends
There are multiple uses when blending essential oils. Some are topical and a few can be taken internally. One of my favorite ways is aromatically, and my absolute favorite aromatic way is with a cool mist diffuser. There are other ways, including smelling straight from the bottle, placing a drop on your pillowcase, or putting some on a cottonball or tissue and placing it in your car or on your table. Try making room sprays mixed with water in a glass bottle so it's easy to access whenever you need.
