Essential Oil Blends

There are so many different combinations of essential oils that can be used to help you achieve the result you are looking for.
Although most of these are intended for a diffuser, feel free to make a mixer in a roller-ball bottle, too. You will still get your desired outcome.

Insomnia?

Do you want to sleep like a baby at night?

DoTERRA Essential Oils have helped so many people. I know they can help you, too. Try any of the following oils in a diffuser at night and see what a great nights sleep is like again.
  • Try 1, 2 or 3 different oils in a diffuser. (About 5-6 drops total.)
  • Put some oil on a cotton ball and please inside your pillowcase.
  • Mix some oil in a spray bottle and spray your pillow and bedding before bed.
  • Try a drop on the bottom of your big toes, wrists, or back of your neck. (Dilute with fractionated coconut oil and massage in if possible.) Why Dilute?

    Essential Oil Blends

There are multiple uses when blending essential oils. Some are topical and a few can be taken internally. One of my favorite ways is aromatically, and my absolute favorite aromatic way is with a cool mist diffuser. There are other ways, including smelling straight from the bottle, placing a drop on your pillowcase, or putting some on a cottonball or tissue and placing it in your car or on your table. Try making room sprays mixed with water in a glass bottle so it's easy to access whenever you need.

There are so many wonderful essential oil blends you can use aromatically, especially in a diffuser.
Yes, Lavender is great to calm you.
Yes, Wild Orange or Peppermint will invigorate.
Yes, Breathe will aid in respiratory relief.
Yes, Purify and OnGuard will clean the air.

Why not try some of these great blends and give your blending and diffusing a boost.
