I started eating potassium enriched foods like spinach, bananas, avocado, sweet potato, coconut water, white beans, acorn squash and dried apricots. You can also eat yogurt or kefir, but I can't handle the dairy.

Update - I used this for 2 weeks and went to get my labs. Guess what? I passed! A few weeks ago my level was 2.8 mmol/L. (You are supposed to be between 3.4 and 5.1.) After using a roller ball throughout the day with Fennel, Lavender and Peppermint, I went up to 4.0! Amazing! No prescription needed.
